Tim Crosley is Head of Tax at Memery Crystal LLP. He has extensive experience in many areas of corporate and property tax work, including VAT and stamp duty/SDLT, advising companies and individuals on company and business acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, reorganisations, mergers and demergers.
Tim has been listed as a leading individual in the field of tax law in each edition of Chambers UK since 2007 where he is praised for his “ability to communicate complex issues simply” from a “pragmatic, commercial perspective.” He regularly lectures externally for CLT (Central Law Training) and has had articles recently published in the New Law Journal and the British Tax Review. He is Chairman of the QCA Tax Committee and a member of the Law Society’s Stamp Taxes Committee and the STPG Committee.
